Pro-League Football Club in Goa
Velsao Sports & Cultural Club is a non-profit organization and is
Registered Under Societies Registration Act., 1860, Recognised by Sports Authority of Goa and provisional affiliated to Goa Football Association.
• The club has been running for 5 years and we have 3 football teams – Two Senior & One Junior team participating in all Goa level tournaments.
• Our team have a total pf 72 players and we will play against top teams in the Goa league matches and will participate in 15 InterVillage tournaments this year.
OBJECTIVES
• Our club was formed to develop the local and Goan youngsters in various fields with an aim to promote sports, culture, social and traditions of the state.
• One of our main goals is to make our youth teams grow because the sport teaches the youth discipline and respect. It’s what may show them the right way they have to take and to help them develop as person.

11 Jan 2017 Participated in 2nd Division football league org. by GFA and promoted to 1st Division League.

15 2018-19 placed Seventh on the Goa Pro-League table.

Producing Competitive Football Teams
I am proud of myself on producing football players and teams that are dedicated and committed to competing for trophies. After all, no fan base wants to watch a team that isn't at least moderately successful. My local team features some outstanding local talent, and the excitement and fun they bring to the pitch is palpable.
